Pastor Annie Hughes Biography

Serves as Pastor, Evangelist, and operates in the prophetic ministry as Exalter, Encourager and teacher closely beside her loving and faithful companion Apostle Joseph Hughes of the Highway Deliverance Church, International (HDCI) in Washington, DC. She is a native in her hometown of Bowling Green, VA.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized and filled with the power of the Holy Ghost under the late founder and overseer Bishop Robert J. Williams.

She is accredited with many studies and achievements at Jericho Christian College, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and an aggressive Health Minister Trainer to aid the body of Christ In their physical, mental and emotional healing.

Pastor was called in the Evangelistic ministry under his leadership and continued to serve Christ faithfully beside her former pastor. This was the beginnings of a great and powerful deliverance move of God in her life to reach the lost and hurting women, men and children for Christ. God anointed Pastor Hughes with a spiritual eye sight to look deep into the souls of hurting people as Jeremiah 1:10 says to root out, pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down to build and to plant.

Pastor Hughes has maintained this great calling upon her life since her beginnings in ministry. She speaks into people’s lives and immediately a deliverance takes place to bring forth healing to broken hearted souls and to proclaim liberty to the captives and set their hearts completely free. Pastor is an anointed prayer warrior and intercessor for the ministry and outreach. Her greatest joy is seeing hurting lost souls lives transformed and changed for the better to serve the Lord Jesus Christ one person at a time.
